PRACTISES OF THE CHOREOGRAPHY

DESCRIPTIONS OF THE CLASSES:

We started this classes with the teacher resolving our questions about the choreography and we start with it then.💃

FEELINGS:

I am worried because we are a little bit behind and we don't agree in some things of the choreography.😟 I hope that it will come out well and we will get a good grade.💯

COMMENTS:

I think the end of our choreography will very beautiful and creative. Our end will a star made of jump ropes. I hope all come out well.

Every time there are many conflicts for the music to test the choreography of each group. I think we have to resolve it.

Badminton's Lesson

🎾BADMINTON🎾

DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASS:

We started the class with the teacher explained us the differents exercises that we perform playing badminton (like throw out and differents hits with the racket). We caught one racket for each one and we played some games to warm up. And finally, we chose a partner and we tried the clear shot.

FEELINGS:

I love this sport and the others sports with racket (like padell or tennis) and I enjoy very much practicing them.🎾 I feel very satisfied because the teacher say me that I hit the shuttlecock very well.😊

COMMENTS:

I hope we finish the coreography soon and that come out well because I feel like to begin badminton.

Pilates' Lesson II

PILATES II

DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASS:

In this class, we did a goog lesson of Pilates. All of us catch a mat or a matting to do the exercises. The teacher taught us many Pilates' exercises and we have to do a video explaining one of them.📹

FEELINGS:

This class was very exhausting.😫 There were exercises very complicated.😅

COMMENTS:

This class was very good and we had learnt  many things of Pilates and his benefits. I don't change anything of this class.😊

Pilates' Lesson

PILATES                            

DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASS:

The Wednesday (first of February), we have done a Pilates' Lesson. Only we had time to do squats and improve it.⌚ We hadn't got time because we came of a Math's exam and it was difficult. The next day we will do a better class of pilates.💪

FEELINGS:

I didn't think the squats were so hard. I was very tired after the class...😫 The next day a had got a lot of stiff in my legs...💢 Barely I couldn't move. But for the next class, my muscles will accustomed to this activity.

COMMENTS:

The teacher showed us many types of squats for the next day and I hope the squats still be good us of something. 😔

THE TEACHER MISSED

DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASS:

This day, we played the sport that we chose. The boys👦, we have played football with the little goals⚽. And the girls👧, they have played badminton.🎾

FEELINGS:

We had got many time to practise sport and we took advantage of it. ⏳👌But I was worry because we have to practise and organize us to prepare the jump rope's coreography.😟

COMMENTS:

In the match, we did two teams. One of them was "Boys of Zalamea"🔰 vs "Boys of other villages". Obviusly, the winner team was "Boys of other villages" by wide margin.💪 I think the boys of Zalamea are brutish, because they are very violent playing football.💥 But, I also think this form part of the game.

BACK TO THE CLASSES

DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASS:

We have returned to tha class of Physical Education preparing the coreography of jump rope. We have thought how we can to start the coreography.💭 But we don't know it.

FEELINGS:

All of we know that the Christmas hadn't been good, because we were desoriented. But I think if we work hard, we can to do a good coreography.😄

COMMENTS:

I think we should organize us to put the music, because we have to run to the mini stereo system.
