Fartlek and Total Training

     DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASS:

The class was divided in two trainings:
  • FARTLEK: In this training we ran in diferent speeds and in diferent gruonds. We ran all over playground of the high school.🏃🚶🏃🚶
  • TOTAL TRAINING: This training consist to do diferents activities to work the muscles. It work the strength and flexibility.
      FEELINGS:

In Fartlek I was tired, but when we began to do total training I felt more tired that before.😫 I think they are very good trainings to improve physical condition. So, I must to practice these trainings to feel me better when I do sport.😉

         COMMENTS:

We have worked well, I think. But we have to be more serious and attentive with the teacher's explanations.😏
